what about the Chocolate hills in Bohol, Philippines?
Chocolate Hills are beautiful and a must-visit in PH. However, I am not sure they qualify among the highest in the world.
Nepal have best among them Daman Hill Station, Bhedetar Hill Station, Nagarkot Hill Station, Chandragiri Hills and More . You must visit this small and cheap country

Not an accurate list without Gulmarg (2,600 meters). Kashmir hill stations are missing ? Pahalgam is at a height of approx 2,700 meters. Pls include in the list.
